  • I, [your name/username], certify I have read, understood and accepted your terms of service and I also verify that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary, I am of legal age and/or have my parent's permission to purchase it. As well as I promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished.

  • Character name: (Name of the character.)

  • Character's designer: (Artist name or franchise they are from.)

  • Reference: (A clear non-shaded reference. i personally will not work with descriptions.)

  • Commission Type: ( Bust / Half body / Full body )

  • Background: ( None / Simple / Transparent )

  • Other: (Anything you think is useful for me to know for the character. Such as character personality and important details.)

Terms Of Service

- payments are through paypal (GBP ONLY) No Refunds.
- it may take up to two or three weeks to finish your commission depending on what commissions i have in order.
- you cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure that you credit to my account if you are posting on other sites.
- i will not give you watermark free art, my watermark will remain.
- you will only receive a digital piece of work, nothing physical will be posted out to you.
- you cannot use any of my pieces of work fo NFT useage in anyway. Doing so will get you permanently blacklisted.
- i have the right to decline a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or if i believe that i will not be able to draw it. I am also allowed to remove details that may be too complex for my capablity at the time.
- i work off finished character refrences (strictly image format no links) not discriptions or concepts of ideas that are visually offered.- I draw any gender, sexuality or spieces of character to the best of my ability, im comfortable drawing fanart of characters and real people. Simple mech designs.
- i am comfortable darwing artistic nudity but i will not draw anything with strong NSFW refrence as this account of mine is PG.
- i am not comfortable drawing anything in a realistic style, complex mech or car designs and i refuse anything offensive or aimed to cause pain.- as an artist i retain full rights and ownership of the commission artwork : posting onto my sites, using in portfolio/artbooks, etc.
- please be aware that my art is constantly evolving and therefore may look different in some places compared to examples i have shown.- if something comes up and you want to cancle your slot on the waiting list. Feel free to let me know and i will remove you from the slot list.
-You’re also allowed to change character but only before i have started sketching.- please be mindful to save the final product after receiving as it is not my responsiblity to resend it to you if you haven’t. I store older pieces of work and will not be looking for it to send to you. I will not be refunding you.

Payment Process
- payments are through paypal (GBP) only
- all payments are made upfront
- your commission order will be canceled and your slot will be open for someone else if you do not pay within 48hrs of requesting. I do not accept split payments.
- I do not hold slots, you are given the timeframe and the timeframe only.
- if something comes up and i am unable to do your commission, i will fully refund you. No questions. Otherwise no refunds.
- do not send payments before I have accepted and added you to the list.

Working process
- commissioner will recieve a draft sketch for approval.
- afterwards, you will get a cleaner draft for a second approval.
At this time please list all the changes when reciving these sketches.
- when both these have been approved i will proceed to finish the artwork.Please be upfront about the changes you would like made in the sketch phase as there is a limit to the amount of changes i will make.
If something isnt a necessary change in detail, please dont list it.I will only tweak colours and make minor changes with the finished piece, other changes will require a fee. Anything i might have missed on accident will be adjusted for free.You will recieve full PNG file of the piece of artwork via email, each piece will keep my watermark and will not be removed.

commercial rights
- while the completed piece does belong to you, you may not profit off of my art in any way, shape or form. This includes selling as prints, stickers, or other merch. This applies regardless of your ownership of the character or the image you commissioned.

NFt
- i will never participate in buying or selling Nft’s and strictly prohibit my art from being bought or sold as an nft.
